Returns
- Window: 60 days from delivery.
- How: Email hello@oakmend.com with your order number. We reply within 2 hours with the steps.
- Return shipping: Paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Then we cover it.
- Condition: Unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, with your order number.
- Refund: After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
